Tables

The opening of a table is simply <table>, <tr> to create a new row, <td> to create a new cell then you can use the following to specify different things about your table.

<border="1px"> to specify how thick you wnat the border of your table to be (it can be 0 as well)
<cellspacing="1px"> to specify the distance between the cells
<cellpadding="1px"> to specify the distance between the content of the cell and the cell edge
<width> to specify the width of your table (can also be used on a specific cell!)
<height> to specify the height of your table (can also be used on a specific cell!)
<bgcolor> to specify the backgroundcolour
<background> to specify the background image
<bordercolor> to specify the border colour

For example if you do this code here:
<table width="200px" border="1px" cellspacing="2px" cellpadding="2px" bordercolor="#000000">
<tr>
<td>
When my que comes call me! And I will answer!
</td>
<td>
I will answer!
</td>
</tr>
</table>

I get this:

When my que comes call me! And I will answer! I will answer!

If you want to define how big a certanin cell should be then the code can look like this: <table border="1px" cellspacing="2px" cellpadding="2px" bordercolor="#000000">
<tr>
<td width="100px">
When my que comes call me! And I will answer!
</td>
<td width="100px">
I will answer!
</td>
</tr>
</table>

Then I get this:

When my que comes call me! And I will answer! I will answer!

But now, I want an background image and no border!Then I make the code like this:
<table width="200px" border="0px" cellspacing="2px" cellpadding="2px" background="/tutorials/html/CHG_patt_01.jpg>
<tr>
<td> But love is blind and lovers cannot see.
</td>
</tr>
</table>

I get this:
But love is blind and lovers cannot see.
